Free Plan

Perfect for trying WhookTown or small personal projects.

Included: - 1 city layout - Up to 4 buildings per layout - Full API and CLI access - All visualization features

Limitations: - Single layout only - Limited building count

Starter Plan

Ideal for small teams and moderate infrastructure.

Included: - Up to 4 city layouts - Up to 12 buildings per layout - Email support

Best for: - Small development teams - Single environment monitoring - Proof of concept projects

Premium Plan

For serious infrastructure visualization needs.

Included: - Up to 20 city layouts - Unlimited buildings per layout - Priority support - All features

Best for: - Multiple environments (dev/staging/prod) - Large infrastructure - Enterprise teams

Upgrading

From Dashboard

  1. Go to app.whook.town
  2. View the Subscription card on the dashboard
  3. Click Upgrade on your desired plan
  4. Complete checkout via Stripe
  5. Your plan activates immediately

Managing Your Subscription

Click Manage Billing to access the Stripe Customer Portal:

  • Update payment method
  • View invoice history
  • Change plans
  • Cancel subscription
  • Update billing information

Quotas

Layout Quota

Layouts count against your quota:

  • Active layouts count toward limit
  • Archived layouts don't count
  • Archive unused layouts to free quota

Asset Quota

Buildings in each layout count against the per-layout limit:

  • Free: 4 buildings max
  • Starter: 12 buildings max
  • Premium: Unlimited

Quota management

Archive layouts you're not actively using. They can be restored anytime.

Billing

Payment Methods

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Processed securely via Stripe

Billing Cycle

  • Monthly billing on subscription date
  • Prorated when upgrading mid-cycle
  • No refunds for downgrades

Invoices

Access invoices through the Stripe Customer Portal: 1. Click Manage Billing on dashboard 2. View Billing History 3. Download invoices as PDF

Cancellation

How to Cancel

  1. Click Manage Billing on dashboard
  2. In Stripe portal, click Cancel Plan
  3. Confirm cancellation

What Happens

  • Access continues until billing period ends
  • Layouts and data preserved
  • Can resubscribe anytime
  • After period ends, reverts to Free plan limits

Data Retention

Your data is preserved after cancellation: - Layouts remain (may exceed Free limits) - Can't create new layouts if over quota - Existing layouts continue working - Archive layouts to return under quota

FAQ

Can I try before buying?

Yes! The Free plan lets you try all features with limited quotas. No credit card required.

What happens if I exceed my quota?

You can't create new layouts, but existing ones continue working. Archive unused layouts to free quota.

Can I downgrade?

Yes. Access the Stripe portal and change to a lower plan. You'll keep access until the current period ends.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard security: - HTTPS for all connections - Tokens are encrypted - Data stored in secure cloud infrastructure
